Expected counts, not promises. Both paths use the same close rate and gross profit per customer. The return above assumes the qualified-meeting goal is reached; neither path gets an assumed revenue boost.

Shared 10 qualified meetings · 20% close rate · $1000 gross profit/customer · $15/hour · 30 min/qualified meeting

Cold 5% positive replies/contact · 50% qualified meetings/positive reply · 5 min/contact · 15 min/positive reply · $150 tools · $0.25/contact data

Warm 50% qualified meetings/intro · 10 min/intro · $30/intro · $0 fixed costs · $0/intro extras

How the estimate works

Positive cold replies = qualified-meeting goal ÷ positive reply-to-meeting rate. Cold contacts = positive cold replies ÷ positive reply rate. Warm introductions = qualified-meeting goal ÷ intro-to-meeting rate. Expected customers = qualified meetings × the shared close rate.

Cold labor = contact effort + positive-reply effort + qualified-meeting effort. Warm labor = introduction effort + qualified-meeting effort. Cold cash costs = tools + contacts × data cost. Warm cash costs = introductions × (intro fee + extras) + fixed costs.

Total modeled cost = cash expenses + labor hours × hourly value. Expected gross profit = expected customers × gross profit per customer. Campaign ROI = (expected gross profit − total modeled cost) ÷ total modeled cost × 100. ROI change = warm ROI − cold ROI, in percentage points. Zero cost makes ROI undefined.

Savings = cold total − warm total. Cash savings and hours saved follow the same subtraction. Negative values mean warm introductions cost more or take more effort. A positive qualified-meeting goal cannot be reached with a zero conversion rate.

This is a limited campaign model, not full business ROI. Gross profit per customer is after fulfillment costs and before this campaign’s modeled expenses. Add other relevant costs yourself. The default $30 intro fee is an optional email + messaging pilot suggestion, not a quote; the introducer chooses the actual rate. The fee includes the platform share, so no additional 20% is added. Payments and automatic dynamic pricing are not active.

These inputs are illustrative, not observed results or benchmarks. Eligible introductions and availability are unknown. Permission, fit, scope and price must be agreed; meetings, customers and savings are not guaranteed.
